|Responsibilities ||The Regional Manager will report to the National program Director and is primarily responsible for leading, directing and managing all activities associated with the clinical education, training, administrative and field activities for clients' Injectable products, on call specialist and flex nurses assigned within a specific geographical region. The Regional Manager will achieve the objectives of the contract within the assigned geography. The Regional Manager will work closely with the National Program Director and the scheduler to deploy the on call specialist and the flex nurses effectively to meet the needs of the patients. Additionally, the Regional Manager is responsible for field ride-alongs contributing to the coaching and development of nurses to assure that all contractual metrics are met within the assigned geography. The Regional Manager will participate in meetings with client and the National Program Director. The Regional Manager serves as the vehicle between the field and the National Program Director and internal operations to implement positive solutions. Achieve all contract performance goals and objectives as established in the agreement per geographical assignment. Achieve target per geographical assignment. Manage expenses within geographic responsibility. Ensure that administrative activities are thorough, accurate and timely. Participate, as requested, in client meetings. Provide communication and motivational programs to insure that members of the internal field and leadership teams are focused on delivering the expectations of the customer. Reinforce customer focused values. Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all direct reports. Perform field rides for coaching and development up to 3 days/week and provide field validation report reports summarizing all activity Participate, as requested, in internal meetings to update progress and suggest positive solutions to specific issues and/or opportunities. Oversee recruiting, staffing, hiring, and training of field on call specialists and flex nurse specialists. Approve all hires. Minimize turnover through selection process. Provide performance feedback to all direct reports. Conduct ongoing discussions and documentation. Prepare annual performance appraisal. Provide opportunities for personal and professional growth within. This includes communication and programs which foster an environment, which rewards accomplishment and encourages the advancement and retention of productive employees.
