Primary Role

The BioLife Marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to be responsible for the analysis of plasma collections, donor fees and marketing effectiveness. This role will support solutions needed to drive key analytics projects and develop actionable growth strategies. You will also be responsible for developing tools that provide insights that can be leveraged by senior management to deliver business results. The ideal candidate will be an analytically minded, independent problem solver who can leverage advanced tools & methods to understand data.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis to identify volume growth opportunities and implement pilots
  • Leverage predictive analytics to forecast collection volumes and donor fees
  • Perform market analysis to understand customer trends and competitive impacts
  • Identify customer segments for enhanced business opportunities and lead the design of new, targeted marketing strategies
  • Calculate the ROI of promotional offers and optimize donor fee spend
  • Analyze location level data to develop action plans for underperforming locations
  • Own the marketing dashboards and reports to monitor performance and trends
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis on critical marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain reporting for marketing KPIs

Education & Experience Requirements

Essential: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of related work experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, finance or related role

Desired: Masters

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Understanding of marketing analytics, customer engagement metrics, online marketing, and customer segmentation
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL), statistical tools (R, Python) and visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik)
  • Expert in data visualization tools and techniques
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills
  • Manage and transform large datasets
  • Strong MS Office skills, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
