The internship is a laboratory position that involves the support of Medicinal Chemistry projects. Laboratory duties may include: maintenance of analytical equipment, weighing of chemicals for project needs, and purification and characterization of key compounds. The intern will work closely with an analytical chemist in a pharmaceutical research lab and be mentored as to best assist projects.


  • Applicants should be highly motivated with a strong interest in chemistry research. Students should be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program working towards a BS degree in Chemistry, and should be authorized for lawful employment in the U.S. College coursework for General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry, including accompanying laboratory work, must have been completed.


  • This Internship is for 1 year. Student interns must be able to work part-time (10-20 hr) while school is in session.


  • This is a paid internship for a 10-20 hour work week.
